Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 days on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will start processing on the following Monday.

Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock. At this time, we do not have a backorder system. We recommend that you email info@SENNAcosmetics.com or call 800.537.3662 and request to be put on a waiting list for this product. We also recommend that you check back regularly to see which items are back in stock.


Shopping Bag
You can order quickly and easily through SENNAcosmetics.com. We accept and deliver orders to all countries. You must be at least 13 years of age to make an online purchase. For more information, please see our Privacy Statement.
To add items to your Shopping Bag, simply click on ‘Add to Cart’ for the item you wish to buy.
To remove an item, check the box under the column labeled ‘Remove’ and click ‘Update Shopping Bag’ to see your new total.
To change the quantity of items, change the number in the box under the ‘Qty’ column and click ‘Update Shopping Bag’.
When all items are finalized, click ‘Checkout’ to finalize order. 


Sign In
If you are a returning customer, and have finished adding items to your shopping basket and want to checkout, you will be prompted to sign in by providing your e-mail address (login) and password. If you can't remember your password, click here to reset your password.
If you are a new customer and have not shopped with us before, you will be required to register first by providing your e-mail address (login) and password, before completing the checkout process. Click here to register.

Confirm the items you are ordering and make any necessary adjustments. 


Enter Billing and Shipping Address
Make sure to provide precise city, state, and zip code information. Remember to spell out the city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section.
You can add, edit, or delete addresses while you are in this step of the checkout process.


Choose Payment Method
Credit Cards
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express®.  When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, the payment is processed.


Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement.
Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
For your security, SENNAcosmetics.com requires you to enter your 3- or 4-digit card identification number (CID/CVN/CVV/CVC) on all orders for Visa, MasterCard, and American Express transactions.


The SENNAcosmetics.com charge will be listed on your credit card bill as: SENNA Cosmetics, Inc. along with the 800 number and the total amount charged.

Debit Cards
Debit cards are tied directly to your checking account. While credit cards put a hold on your line of credit, debit cards put a hold on actual funds/monies.
The amount of your order is held on your debit card and the debit card owner does not have access to these funds until the hold is taken off. Holds usually last 3 - 5 business days and may vary with your financial institution.


Holds are usually taken off within 3 - 5 business days. Policies differ from bank to bank. Call your financial institution for more details.


Checks & Money Orders
www.SENNAcosmetics.com does not accept personal checks or money orders as a form of payment for online orders.


Fraud Protection Program
All payment forms are subject to verification and review by SENNA Cosmetics, Inc. SENNA Cosmetics, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. Sales Tax
www.SENNAcosmetics.com charges sales tax on orders delivered to the following states: California.


Choose Shipping Method
Select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.


Enter Promotional Codes, Coupons or Discounts
If you have any coupons or promotional codes, you can also enter the codes at this time. The promotional offer will appear automatically into your shopping basket at the Order Confirm page.


Add Comments About Your Order
Type in any comments or requests about your order in the space provided.


Order Confirmation
Make sure to check that your order information is correct, especially the shipping and billing addresses. If you decide not to place your order, you can cancel your order at this time. To process your order, click ‘Continue’.


If you want to change your order, or any of the shipping or billing information, go back to previous steps by clicking on any of the steps displayed on the ordering pages.


Once the order is submitted, an ‘Checkout Complete’ page will be displayed. You will receive an email confirmation containing order number and details. Use this order number if you have any questions about the status of your order. Please note that you are unable to modify or cancel your order after you have placed your order. You will know that your order has been placed once you receive an order confirmation number after you click ‘Continue’.


Order Confirmation Email
After you have successfully placed your order with SENNAcosmetics.com, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation email is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation email includes your order number, the details of the products and corresponding prices, any promotional coupons your ship-to and bill-to information, and the ship method. At SENNAcosmetics.com, you can always check your order history by clicking on the My Account link located at the top of every page. After signing in, your most recent order will appear on the Order Status page.


We will process and ship your order within 2 business days. When we ship your order, you'll receive a second e-mail confirming the ship date with a UPS or USPS tracking number so you can track your order status.


Placing Telephone Orders
You can order quickly and easily by calling (800)537-3662 to place your order with our Customer Service Representatives. If you are having trouble placing your order on our website, please feel free to place a telephone order.


RETURNS
Order Changes and Cancellation
Our customer service representatives have the ability to modify or cancel an order if the order has not yet been sent to our warehouse for processing and shipment. If you need to change or cancel your order and you have not received a shipment confirmation email, please call customer service at (800) 537-3662 or email info@SENNAcosmetics.com Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST (Pacific Standard Time) and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your new products! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange products purchased at sennacosmetics.com within 10 days of receipt of the shipment.

Please call customer service at (800) 537-3662 Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST or email info@sennacosmetics.com to request a return authorization number. Returns will not be processed without return authorization.

Please send the products you wish to return or exchange in the original packaging to the address below with a copy of your original receipt. Returns and exchanges sent to any other address will not be processed. SENNA does not reimburse any shipping related costs on returns and exchanges. If you received a free gift item and you are returning your entire order, you must include the free gift in your return. Products purchased at sennacosmetics.com may not be returned or exchanged at any SENNA retail location.

SENNA Cosmetics purchased at a retail location are subject to that retailer’s return policy. SENNA Cosmetics does not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased at any other retailer or retailer website.

Refunds

Refunds on products purchased at www.SENNAcosmetics.com only are granted for the price of your product and sales tax, if applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to be credited to your original method of payment.

 

Exchanges 
Products purchased at www.SENNAcosmetics.com only that you wish to exchange should be sent to the address above with the original packaging and a copy of your original receipt.  Upon receipt of the original order items, your account will be refunded for the amount of each item you returned. Next, a new order will be created with the additional item(s) you wish to order as requested through customer service. If your new order total is greater than your original order, a customer service representative will call you to get your credit card information.

 

PRODUCT REVIEWS
We want to know what you think of the products you have tried, bought, know, or love. Use our Reviews to voice your opinions about your recent beauty buys. When writing your review, please consider the following guidelines: Focus on the product and your individual experience using it and provide details about why you like or dislike a product.

Please don't include personal contact information or non-SENNAcosmetics.com URLs. We recommend that you focus on the product and include details about what you like or dislike about it.


Rate a Product
There is a five-star rating scale for each product. One star is the lowest rating and five stars is the highest. Click on the star you wish to select your rating.

Submit Your Review
Click on the ‘Continue’ button to submit your review. You will get a confirmation page to let you know it has been successfully submitted.

Review Moderation
All reviews are read and moderated to abide by our guidelines. We reserve the right not to post your review or to withdraw any posted review for any reason. Your review will be excluded if it violates review guidelines or contains any of the following types of content:
