Apply after eye cream and before eye color. May be used under and around the eyes also, but use sparingly.

A little bit goes a long way! Smooth a little bit over the entire eyelid with ring finger or Multi 24 Brush.

Press shadow colors directly over primer for ultra vibrancy.

Set primer with Secret Set before applying color for a more diffused look and extra staying power.
